Honestly my best friend really doesn’t want me to get back with my Ex... but I really want to try again because of a lot of reasons...  my best mate told me she doesn’t want to know about us if we do happen ... don’t know what to do

I had to tell a friend something similar because he tried to choke her and would beat her. I flat out said I cannot hang around with the two of you together. He was no good. eventually she figured it out.

why is she being that way? has he done something for her to not like him that much? 
but regardless, if you wanna try then do it. friends should support you, not tear you down. if that's the case, she was never a true best friend.
