Tips on Frozen Transfer?

We had a retrieval in January and are looking to transfer in the next few months. Any tips? And routines started months in advance to ensure a successful transfer?

I did accupunture weekly leading up to transfer (months of this prior during failed IUI Cycles) then did accupunture pre and post transfer. also, cut out alcohol and trimmed down caffeine during my stims and then 1 week before transfer back. we did an fet transfer with a 5 day gps tested blastocyst and it worked! it's tempting to skip the testing, to save costs but my feeling was, if we're doing this, let's just go all in! good luck to you!

I also had my retrieval in Jan then a failed fresh transfer and just had a successful frozen transfer  at the end of April. We did a long protocol where they downreg then start to chemically build up a nice juicy lining with all the injections. It was about a 6 week process and felt tougher than the ivf stims cycle but we got through it! The good news is your body will have had time to recover after stims and retrieval which is so invasive so FETs can be more successful for this reason 🤗 good luck!
