ovulation on CD11

We doubled my clomid dose this month. Per my RE I start testing OPKS on CD10. Yesterday was CD10 - got an empty circle. Today I got the solid smiley aka peak fertility day! I was shocked! Anyone else ever get a positive that early or ovulate that early ??

Any advice for how to Maximize this cycle ?!
