Weird lady smells after drinking coffee??

I'm not sure why, but lately I've been noticing a lot of discharge and funky smells happening down under after I drink coffee.. I drink coffee usually every day and have never had problems save for the last few weeks. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Is it even possible to experience discharge due to eating or drinking certain things?

It gets so bad to the point where I can sometimes smell it through my jeans. I'm very self conscious that other people can too and often end up changing underwear midway through my day.
