Hello all!

Our little girl turned 9 months yesterday and I'm struggling with our nighttime routine.

We have quite a hectic life so everyday is not exactly the same and bedtimes/bathtimes etc do differ but I try my best to keep it in order so she knows when it's bedtime .

I usually give her dinner around 7:30pm followed by a bath (every other night ) then at around 8:30-9 I'll give both breasts and she will be asleep before 10. ( I know this seems late but we live in Italy and everything is late here , it's always a bit of a struggle putting her to bed)

Then she will wake up every 2-3 hours in the night and the only way I can get her back to sleep is to breasfeedher in bed , then when she's asleep move her back to her crib . Itsvery frustrating as I'm not sleeping at all and I know now she's so used to that it's going to be hard to change! If anyone has any advice or is going through the same thinhI would really appreciate some help.

She hardly naps in the dAy she fights it alllll the time even when I know shes exhausted.

Please help .
