How long do/did you wait to tell family and friends you're pregnant?

well there's no true safe period during a pregnancy but I'd personally wait until at least the second trimester. although I'm an impatient fuck so I'd probably just let slip after my first positive. I'd ideally prefer to announce to some people after the baby is born though 😂

I waited till 11 weeks , with  the exception of 2 of my best friends. But whatever you feel comfortable  with is okay. theres  no magic  number

Best advice I got was tell no one you wouldn't tell about a miscarriage until after the first trimester. Yes mc can happen at any time but it's really common in the first trimester.

I told immediate family immediately. We waited to tell friends and extended family until after the 1st trimester. If anything had happened I would have wanted my family's support.

I told my mom and mother in law the day I found out. We did ivf so they knew what we were going through. We told the rest of our family who didn’t know about the ivf when we were 24 weeks when the amino came back clear. Our situation wasn’t normal! If I get pregnant naturally I’ll be comfortable at around 20 weeks, only bcs I had a loss at 18 weeks and I’m not a very open person.
