I know this sounds really gross, but my period is really bad this month and I’m super constipated as well. It hurts so bad when I try to go to the bathroom in my abdomen area. It literally feels like I’m having contractions or something. But I know I have to go because my stomach is hurting really bad, like I’m constipated. What can help with this? It only happens whenever I’m on my period. I know most people get diarrhea but this always happens to me.
