Does the term "Put the bottle down" imply that someone is an alcoholic?

My future sister in law and I recently got into an argument, and she told me to put the bottle down but doesn't think it means she called me an alcoholic. I'm not a huge drinker by any means, but I had had a glass of wine before this argument.

it doesnt mean being an alcoholic but it implies you are over your limit and are drunk. if youre bit drunk, shes impliying youre being ridiculous more than saying that you are drunk and definitely not saying you're an alcoholic.

I use to say put the bottle down to my son when my husband would give him extra milk after he was done when I fed him 
doesn’t mean my son was a milkaholic 
So I think it goes both way .. but then again everyone is different some might drink more than others so it can go both ways

No it means you're currently drinking. It makes sense given that you were drinking wine at the time. It doesn't mean you're an alcoholic though because they drink often it may be directed thier way more often.
