Wondering if anyone has experienced this: I started my first round of Femara 2.5mg this month on April 30th. I have PCOS and was also put on metformin. I took femara for 5 days 4/30-5/4. I was instructed to start scheduled intercourse on 5/8.

My question is this...yesterday I had odd bleeding/discharge only from yesterday into today that was similar to my “pre-period” spotting (very light, dark tan-brown in color). Has anyone else had this on femara? Could that be ovulation bleeding (is there such a thing?). It seems early to have ovulated already but maybe not?
