Confirming ovulation
How do you know if you’re actually ovulating or not? Opks detect an Lh surge which suggests you will release an egg in a day or 2. But how do you know if your egg was released for sure? Can a doctor do some type of test to check for sure?
I have an appointment next week and i want to make sure i ask. The doctor keeps blowing me off. Not helping at all.
