I’m a little upset. I’ve been trying to conceive for 1.5 year.

The other day I was spotting and I went to the doctor. We did blood work and a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound.

Found out today that I have a bicornuate uterus, a polyp in the left endometrial canal, a 1.5 cm cyst on my left ovary and “trace of free fluid in the posterior cup-de-sac.”

So I’m a bit concerned and don’t have any other information until a specialist calls me for a more in-depth appointment.

I still haven’t received my blood results but I can see them online and I saw that my progesterone was 0.5 on day 21.

This is all quite shocking as I’m a healthy 32 year old.

So my question is what does this all mean and has anyone been successful at having children with the same uterus condition. Or do you know exactly what I can expect.
