9-10 Day Luteal Phase

Hey everyone! I started this group to help not just myself, but others who are TTC and have a short luteal phase. AF normally comes 9-10 DPO and from the research I’ve read, that’s not enough time for implantation to happen.

Have any of you struggled with this too? If so, any suggestions on what might help extend this phase of the cycle would be so helpful!
