Typically I have a very regular 23 day cycle, CD11 ovulation, 12 day luteal always phase.

I’m a little thrown off by my chart this month. We lost our baby (23w5d) in December so I’m charting to avoid pregnancy so my heart can heal before we try again.

According to OPK I ovulated on CD12

According to BBT I ovulated on CD15

I makes a difference because we had sex on CD 13 thinking I had already ovulated 🤔. Thoughts?

I’m thinking there’s a possibility I could be pregnant. Maybe that’s not such a bad thing, maybe it takes the pressure of of when to try again.
