So at around 11pm I had the most painful cramps in cramp history. We knew we were miscarrying due to baby not growing anymore (baby stop growing at 6weeks).

After I passed this my painful cramps that made me even shake were gone immediately. I am just left with mild cramping a a lot of bleeding.

Does this look like i passed baby already?

Forgot to mention about 15-20 minutes before all this happen I had just taken 400mg of Misoprostol (Cytotec) by mouth.
