My LO has always cried a lot and been on the high maintenance side. The tantrums and crying are kinda driving me nuts. I try so hard to keep myself in check and just talk calmly and loving, but he always wants me to pick him up. I try to comfort him on the ground lately and it does work, or of course at times if he just throws a tantrum and I Kno he is fine I more or less ignore him and he calms himself, but other times he flails backwards and just flips out like crying so hard he is not breathing and it breaks my heart. I love him so much he is such a great guy, but with his tempermant I think it's hard for him. Any suggestions? I don't want to not be there for him and completely ignore him if he needs me. My mom did that to me and I remember being in my room crying for long periods and I just couldn't calm myself down I just didn't know how.
