Bd 4 days in a row the last 4 days. About to stop tracking because this bracelet causes anxiety. 2nd full cycle with her. 2nd cycle after miscarriage. My periods and ovulation used to be to a T regular before I started wearing this. Not sure if it’s because of the anxiety of looking at the chart or what. I was so excited this cycle because I had fun cd 8-14 but now I’m starting to get defeated not seeing the temps rise.

I feel like maybe skin temps are not the most accurate of all the ways you can temp...someone told me her temps were being affected by the air conditioning being on 🤷🏻‍♀️

Updated chart. I feel like I’m out from everything falling but new last night (meaning not in the past cycles since ttc) my boobs are so sore and tons of watery/creamy cm. Bfn this morning.
