AF but no temp drop?
So AF arrived today, 2 days early and unwelcome. I will keep being positive and hoping to conceive next cycle.
I’m just confused because my temp hasn’t dropped (36.7 this morning) so I am a bit surprised by her arrival. Will temps always drop when AF or is it just an indication?
Any insights on my cycle will also be appreciated!
