Am I in the wrong or?

So my partner works and cooks, I stay at home look after the kids and do the house. If the house isn’t immaculate my partner often falls out with me I have a 1 year old and a 6 year old and also pregnant should I be able to keep the house immaculate because he goes out to work?

My house is never unclean! Toys are out but it’s never unclean and the washings not always kept up to beds are always made and I hoover and mop often
