Maca is a food, a lot of people think it is a herb but it is not. It’s a Root vegetable. Lots of woman use it in Peru during pregnancy and while TTC, it has lots of nutritional value and the woman and people there swear by it. They use it to help have bigger healthier babies too! I’ve researched a lot about it. I’ve been adding it to my smoothies as well n the mornings. 💕
