SEVERE Sciatica
Please help! I’m only 13weeks and I’m having sever sciatica. I can barely get in and out of bed. I can barely walk. I’m alternating ice and heat. What else can I do? Is there anything I can take? Any suggestions or advice would be helpful. Trying to see a chiropractor today.
