Me and my bf have been together since I graduated highschool so it’s been like 10 years . I am 25 he’s 26 . We have been on and off but he’s always been my one true love. I couldn’t imagine starting a family with anyone else. His mom is really sick and is a lot older than my parents. We both lost our dads recently and unexpectedly. He wants to have baby before his mom passes. I’m not sure how much time she has left. But he regrets not being able to show his dad his accomplishments. And now just wants to give his mom a grandchild. I know he loves me and would eventually want to have a family with me. But his mothers illness is fueling the intensity and pressure of him wanting to settle down. Is this a good thing ?
