Can you drink Apple Cider Vinegar during pregnancy?

So allergy season is starting to really effect me and usually I start drinking apple cider vinegar and it helps a lot with my symptoms. Is it safe during pregnancy?

I’ve been getting conflicting research on that. Because the best kind to use is with the mother but I’ve read you’re not supposed to have things that are unpasteurized. But the Braggs website says it’s safe. So 🤷🏽‍♀️

I didn’t have raw green juice or kombucha until my third trimester to be safe, but felt ok having small amounts of Braggs in water throughout my pregnancy.
