Excited but anxious

Quick back story and a little graphic :( sorry : I found out I was pregnant 4/15 after multiple months of TTC. I randomly started nothing slight brown discharge at 6 weeks but it was so faint that I wondered if I was making it up. I went in to see an on call doctor at 6 weeks 1 day (by my ovulation calculations) and they did a 1 1/2 minuet internal ultrasound where they found a pregnancy sac measuring 6 weeks and 1 day but no baby (I thought I noticed something in the upper left corner but she was moving so fast I could be wrong). She assured me that it did not mean miscarriage but she could not rule it out without blood work. Fast forward 2 days and the brown spotting Has stoped and I did my first round of blood work. The next morning I got an email from my ongyb that after reviewing my blood work and the ultrasound she felt confident that all was going well and basically to just wait until my first appointment with her.

Here we are current time I am 7 weeks 5 days and my appointment is today. I am so scared that something is going to be wrong when they do the ultrasound but have extremely high hopes to see a healthy baby with a strong heart best. I just needed somewhere to talk about what’s going on since we have not told any family yet. Thank you all for reading ❤️
