Hypothyroidism..?

Diagnosed today.. Will this affect me trying to have a baby?

It can, your levels can affect your ability to carry a pregnancy to term
I had 3 miscarriages due to undiagnosed hypothyroidism, I’ve been on synthroid since April 2015 and once my levels were in good range I was able to get and stay pregnant. I now have a daughter who’s 2 months old today

Not if you get on the correct dose of thyroxine, which if correct, will replenish your levels

Can someone explain what that is.... I did blood tests for it I believe (TSH w/ reflex to FT4??.... also did LH, FSH, and prolactin tests).. 
What is considered a normal level.... ? Mine was 1.02...
