The heartbreak is worse now💔

I went to my first dr appointment yesterday and do very excited to see how my baby was doing.. I go in and they need a urine test and it came back negative.. they done blood work and I got the result today and it was also negative.. a little back story.. I found out in feb that I was pregnant and had some bleeding later on in the month so I went to the hospital just to make sure everything was okay and my urine test and blood test came back positive then they done a vaginal ultrasound and said everything was fine and the baby was where it needed to be but now we’ve lost our little peanut and I have no idea what I’ve done so wrong..💔💔😭
