Does this look like baby acne or eczema?

I’m currently in the middle of switching health insurances and pediatricians so it’s hard for me to get up there at the moment, I plan on it as soon as I can but in the mean time I need help! Does this look like baby acne or eczema or could it even be something else? We haven’t tried anything new with her so I don’t know if it could be an allergic reaction? Even her eyelids are a little red!

is she on formula? could be a milk allergy

Looks like baby acne. My baby girl got it really bad at around 4 weeks. I applied the mustela water on her face 3 times a day and it cleared up in a week!

looks like baby acne to me. my son had it on his eyes for a while when he was little. it will go away.

I don’t know.  It’s doesn’t look like it but I’m not sure.
