Stir fry without soy sauce
Hi, I don't like soy sauce, but I like the simplicity of stir fries. What can I use (to replace the soy sauce) in stir fry sauces and marinades that use soy sauce as base? I'm not a fan of hoisin sauce either, so I guess I'm looking for a way to make stir fry more European
