Birth control pills but no period. Really worried

I have taken all my pills everyday mostly between the same time schedule. I have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend buy he always pulls out. I recently had B.V and was given medication. Every since the medication I’ve been experiencing cramps, with red/pink discharge. My period is supposed to come today. I’m a little worried.
