Opk and temps are more reliable. This app is only a suggestion.

OPKs help you track ovulation. Once you get a positive OPK then you should ovulate within about 24-48 hours of that surge. You should notice some EWCM around that time also. You can log the OPK results in the app and it should become more accurate. I’m pretty sure the app is off for me when it comes to ovulation. It’s pretty spot on with my periods but even though I have a regular 28 day cycle and I’m supposed to ovulate on cycle day 14, I’m pretty sure I don’t ovulate when I’m supposed to or I’m not ovulating at all so you can’t rely on the app itself to tell you.

The app is just a suggestion based on when the majority of people ovulate. Mine was off I ovulate later then normal and only found out the ap was wrong by using opk

The app is only as accurate at the data it is fed. If you’re not tracking BBT to OPK, then it’s only guessing.
