Anybody experienced with fasting?
I’m considering adopting intermittent fasting to help stay healthy and keep my weight low because I have awful joints. I’m in good shape and physically active every single day but I’ve got some extra baggage that makes life harder for my crappy knees.
I’m thinking I’ll fast one or two days a week, allowing for water/coffee/tea.
Right now the only risk on my radar is binging on nonfasting days.
