Is the Momaroo worth it...? Please explain

if you know someone who has it, my recommendation is to try it once baby is born, my baby hated all rocking chairs and stuff so end up returning everything sometime people overrated things and as a first time mom we want all and best for the babies but now I don't even want to spent money in toys because is just 5 minutes distractions.  Sometimes is not worth it.  Don't buy it or if you do and baby don't like it just keep receipt and box just tell them that everytime you put your baby on he started crying and that's all.

I got a used one for $50, and it’s probably worth that price. It’s a nice option for another spot to put the baby down on. My baby likes it well enough. I liked it compared to a lot of other swings because the mamaroo has a small footprint and we are short on space. The hanging mobile thing is useless though. I would feel really ripped off if I or any gift giver spent full price on it.

My son hated it... and we were given two! 😳 Gave one to a friend, her daughter loves it. Saving the other in hopes our next baby will like it!

I think it is but we bought ours second hand.  We would never have paid $300 for it but $95...yes.  I have a 16 month old and a 2 week old.  I wouldn’t be able to get anything done without it.
The size doesn’t worry me.  My first had a fisher price swing and I don’t think we used it much after she was 6 months old anyway.  Once she went mobile, she didn’t want to be stuck in it anymore

I have 4 kids, tried it with #3 and she hated it. The motion mechanisms are cool, but the swing itself isn't very cozy. Mine all liked the snugupuppy swing, and it's cheaper.

I’ve hear that babies grow out of them super fast too as they aren’t meant for bigger babies. In my opinion. It’s a lot of unnecessary spending to change your baby not liking it or not getting much use out of it. I might consider trying it if I got one at a much cheaper price. But like I said, I don’t have personal experience with it.. just hear-say

It really is up to the baby. Not parents... I wanted it for my son... weird I know. 
My brother got it for my nephew and he liked it but when I used it for my son, he did not like it at all.... He was mad.. I tried laying him there for his nap when I was babysitting my nephew and he would not stay asleep. He preferred our graco swing lol 
So yeah everything depends on baby. Bottles, wipes, diapers, even clothes because my son was in 6 month clothes by 3-4 months 😂😂😂
