I’m 31 and I just got my Mirena removed a few weeks ago. The husband and I are now trying to conceive. My periods didn’t actually stop when I had the Mirena. They were in fact quite regular and I even ovulated (although I’m not certain if it was every cycle...). I’m wondering if anyone had a similar experience and had any issues ovulating after removal. I’m using the Clearblue advanced OPK and I have the estrogen surge, but no LH surge after 5 days. Any advice?
