When should I test?

Hi ladies, I’m currently in my second month of trying to conceive. I’ve been off birth control since February. Last AF began April 20. Today is May 12th, and my boobs are KILLING me, which isn’t normal for my AF. I’ve had a headache and been nauseous all day. AF supposed to start in 6 days. When should I test?
