Tips for flipping breech at 36 weeks??

Question

Baby girl is measuring big on ultrasound and is still breech at 36 weeks. Anything I can do to help her flip? Anyone have anything that definitely works? I really don’t want have C-section… 😭😩This is my second pregnancy. Thanks for your suggestions!!

My chiropractor recommended floating in a pool or float tank. She also recommended yoga like child’s pose (while rocking hips back and forth), supported bridge, dolphin, and downward dog. I find out Tuesday if it worked, otherwise my doctor will try EVC, otherwise it’s a csection for me as well 😔

Seeing an acupuncturist who specializes in working with pregnant women! They can flip a baby! I’ve also heard a lot of success stories with chiropractors but not as familiar.
