first ultrasound tomorrow and I can't sleep
Hey everyone, I'm currently 6w2d, living abroad. It's a bit after 3am here and I cannot fall asleep! It is most likely because I am excited and nervous to see my little pea for the first time tomorrow/today, but it is driving me crazy! Tossing and turning for over 4 hours is not easy. Any suggestions on how to fall asleep for a couple of hours?
