Due to high blood pressure, my son came via repeat csection at 34 weeks and 3 days. He's 16 days old and still in the NICU. His lungs were just far from ready. He's had other issues but that is the one prolonging his stay. I can thank being a diabetic for that because no one likes to tell you that taking insulin actually interferes with lung development, so yay insulin 🤦 On the flip side, he is a big boy like his 3 siblings. He is my 4th baby and 4th csection. My others were 38wks (8lbs 8oz) and two 35wks (10lbs 11oz & 8lbs 8oz).

My 34 weeker was 8lbs 10oz & 20 inches.
