is bloating an early pregnancy sign?

Kinda a dumb question haha but lately I've noticed I've been bloated and my period is over a week late. Been having signs such as white/watery discharge, think I had implantation bleeding, headaches, tiredness, etc. Haven't taken a test yet though. Any thoughts??
