The Pill

So today is Sunday, and I went out last night and had some drinks, I take the pill every morning at 6 am and I took it the Saturday morning and this morning when I woke up. I just checked my pill packet now and there’s a pill from another random day missing and I don’t remember taking it, does this mean if I have unprotected sex anytime soon it won’t work? And what do I do when it comes to the day where the pill
