Scared

I’ve had a yeast infection (i think) for almost a year now. (August 28th) and I’m scared that it’s ruining my 2 ever cycle. I just got my period last month and I’m scared to tell my mom about the yeast even though I’ve been uncomfortable for the last year now. But I want it gone by summer so I’m going to have to tell her. Any advice?! This is going to be my second ever period and even though I don’t want it I need to know my body is healthy. Plus I’m 12 so I’ve never had sex before obviously
