Spotting

So I'm going on week 3 of a very very light period (seriously I went all day with nothing but a thin liner). I'm on Implanon/nexplanon BC (getting it out the 21st to start TTC). However we just got married and started letting my new husband cum inside me. (First time Ive experienced this ever.) we have also had more sex recently being newlyweds and honeymoon ect. Is this spotting something I need to worry about? I have longer periods but this is crazy!! However not one day was the period heavy (normally I have a few med/heavy days) they have all been light to extra extra light.
