Question for you ladies... I always temp at 6.30 when my alarm goes off, but last few days I have been waking at about 5.40 (so annoying!) so I take my temp then. But today I thought I would test something so I took it at 5.45 and it was 36.39 then I went back to sleep and woke up 45 mins later and it was 36.60. Which recording am I meant to take?!

Yesterday I also tested in the day after resting for an hour on the sofa then I got up ran upstairs and cane back down tested again and it had hardly changed! Very confused!!
