FAM questions

I read Taking Charge of Your Fertility and have been following the FAM method. All has been great and very insightful until this month... my CM isn’t matching with my temps. I’ve had EWCM for like 4 days, then yesterday it was very thick and opaque (not sticky, but it definitely didn’t seem like a great environment for sperm). My opk peak was Friday, so I thought I would ovulate by Saturday (Saturday is when I got the thick CM). By last night my opk was much lighter and I don’t have much CM at all. So I expected a temperature rise (as I always do), this morning. But it’s still low. Would my CM be more accurate or temperature?
