Assalamu Aleikum,

So I recently got married and went to do a yearly exam with my ob/gyn and my husband says don't let them stick anything up there..well i am a fairly new convert so i have no idea the view of this, but i don't know how they do the exam any other way and my husband doesn't understand this, so I just told him they didn't. what do you ladies do? is there a rule? the doctor told me this is the only way. should I find a muslim dr. (she is female btw)
