Ovulation ache?
So glow says I probably ovulated on Friday and I figured It was right because I had a dull ache on the right side of my pelvic area most of the day. But... off and on since then I’ve been having the same ache so I’m wondering if I’m still working up to ovulation or if it’s normal for it to continue on. For those who track bbt do y’all usually experience ovulation pain before or after you peak?
