Skin rash after starting new BC

I moved back from NC to MA 3 weeks ago and had to switch from Rite Aid to Walgreens. I was prescribed a specific brand but got Monolynth from Rite Aid and Mononessa from Walgreens and I just changed over a week ago. I also started using a different foundation but I noticed a couple of spots where my face was red with tiny bumps at the beginning of this week and my face broke out to this full, red, hot, rash and I have no idea what’s causing it or what to do.

I wash my face twice a day, I wear make up, but not much, and I don’t use a brush to apply the new foundation, so I’m not sure what’s going on but has this happened to anyone else?
