I have a very dry throat and no drink can quench it! I am sneezing 24/7 and can’t seem to stop it! I am constantly tired and always want to sleep even when I wake up I just want to go straight back to sleep and i have no effort to do anything! I have googled these symptoms and it’s come up with early sign of pregnancy but i only came off my period on Tuesday?

Can you get pregnant and get symptoms this Quickly? Have any of you experienced these symptoms in early pregnancy?
