Is my weight making me infertile?

Hi ladies, new here!

I am 38, and ttc for 18mths with no result. I have had 2 previous pregnancies with no effort but it’s just not happening this time. Doc says ovarian reserve is fine, SIS clear and husband has no issues either. In other words; unexplained infertility.

The only thing that is different to previous years is that I have a stressful job and I now weigh 190lbs at 5ft 6” which I know is too much. When I queried this the doc said it’s not significant as I am not insulin resistant. I am also going for acupuncture every month which is really helping my stress.

Still....no baby and it’s disheartening when I have no definitive reason for not being able to conceive.

I would love some feed back in here?
