Fasting in TWW?

Is it okay to fast in the two week wait? I know its silly because I don't know I'm pregnant yet but I feel like I am. I have blood work that needs 8 hour fasting so it's not too long...but I'm such a worrier.

Lmao most pregnant women sleep for 8 hours or more and don't eat while they sleep 😂

An eight hour fast for blood work is more than okay. Even if you are pregnant, the fetus is so small it doesn’t need that much “extra” from your body. It’s like sleeping through the night, you aren’t eating for +/- 8 hours and babies are still okay 🙂
