Best way to take off a lot of makeup?

I use 2-3 makeup removing wipes and scrub my face with a wash cloth and shower and I STILL feel like I have makeup on!

Use less makeup to begin with ?

I use oil as a makeup remover, it works SUPER well for me. I just take a little jojoba oil on my fingers (you could also try olive, sweet almond, coconut, argan,... there are so many great ones out there!) and rub it in to dissolve the makeup, then wipe it off with a washcloth. To make extra sure I’ve gotten everything off, I like to follow up with witch hazel (I like Thayer’s) on a cotton pad, it works really well to get those last little bits off! I wouldn’t recommend using the witch hazel first without another makeup remover beforehand, as it works so well at dissolving EVERYTHING there gets to be too much to wipe off all at once, if that makes sense. I usually finish off the shower with cocoa butter cream. It gets anything I missed off.
