Can someone help with cervix position?

Question

So my opk is negative but my cervix feels low and open.  Does that mean I’m ovulating? My periods like 30 days late and I never got a positive opk before that cycle that was missed so I’m just wandering since my cycle has decided to become irregular out of no where.

Low firm and open usually mean period is coming. Your cervix when ovulating is high soft and open.
